An investigation is under after human skeletal remains were found inside a portable restroom Tuesday in downtown Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.
An investigation is under after human skeletal remains were found inside a portable restroom Tuesday in downtown Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.
The discovery was made at 1900 Ruiz Street about 3:15 p.m.
Houston police are awaiting autopsy results on the skeletal remains to help identity the person and their cause of death.
