Husband charged in deadly stabbing of wife, brother-in-law in east Harris County neighborhood
Two people have been stabbed in a neighborhood in Channelview.
A man has been charged in the deadly stabbing of his wife and his brother-in-law, who were both found dead Tuesday in a neighborhood in east Harris County, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
The husband, Victor Banegas-Solorzano, 31, has been charged with two counts of capital murder for the death of Karle Alatorre, 36, and her brother, Nelson.
HSCO deputies arrived at the scene at 600 Manor Street where the siblings were discovered.
The wife, Karle, was found inside a home, and Nelson was on the side of the road.
On Wednesday, members of the HCSO Violent Criminal Apprehension Team arrested Victor in east Harris County. He was taken into custody where he will be booked into the Harris County Jail.
Karle and Victor shared an 8-year-old child together, Gonzalez said.
CPS is assisting and will coordinate with family members.
