Any great bakery will have excellent cakes, pastries and breads. Badolina absolutely satisfies on that front. But, you won’t find Basboosa, a delicious semolina cake soaked in syrup, or Sambusak, a Jewish pastry filled with savory ingredients like egg and tahini.
