Voters across Texas have cast their ballots on Nov. 4, 2025, to decide 17 proposed constitutional amendments covering issues such as tax relief, education funding, public safety, and judicial oversight.

Since 2025 is an odd-numbered year, voters across the state will weigh in on 17 proposed changes to the Texas Constitution. These amendments cover a wide range of issues, from education funding and tax exemptions to criminal justice reforms and public health investments.

Polling places were open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, with early voting held Oct. 20–31.
