Suspect apprehended after shooting in Polk County
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office says the suspect who was involved in a shooting in the Leggett area Wednesday has been apprehended.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office says the suspect who was involved in a shooting in the Leggett area Wednesday has been apprehended.
Authorities say the shooting happened near Parish and Wilson Road, north of FM 942 East.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are not clear, but deputies said Lee Davis Strole is now in custody.
The shooting remains under investigation and there is no active threat to the community.
