Time change complete, Houston. Chilly morning lows linger before midweek warmup.
Temperatures tumble with a real fall feel
Today’s Forecast:
We’re kicking off with another crisp, seasonable morning (just a smidge cooler than average), and it’ll feel the same when you’re bundling the kids for school tomorrow—grab those jackets!
A sturdy high-pressure dome parked near Oklahoma is funneling dry, chilly air our way, pushing Gulf moisture aside and keeping Houston dry. Come Monday, a similar high over south Texas takes the reins, bottling up that moisture for more sunny, dry vibes and another chilly start.
Texans tailgating at NRG you’ll still need a light jacket before temperatures warm-up into the 70s later in the day.

Midweek Warm-up:
By Wednesday winds are more southeasterly this will help boost temperatures and push humidity up slightly.
Your extended forecast:
The week starts in the 70s by midweek temperatures warm-up to the 80s. Temperatures won’t drop back in 70s until our next chance of rain.
