Man caught trying to film woman with cell phone at NW Harris Co. Walmart, admits to filming others that same day
Authorities say Jesus Guerrero, 22, admitted to filming about 15 other people that same day and was selling the recordings online.
Authorities have arrested a man caught filming a woman with his cell phone at a Walmart in northwest Harris County, but said she wasn’t the only one he targeted that day.

It happened on Sunday at the Walmart on Kuykendahl Road near Spring, when Harris Co. Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman said his deputies got a call about a man recording under a woman’s dress. Witnesses saw Jesus Guerrero, 22, filming the woman as she tried reaching for something on a shelf and was confronted before snatching his cell phone.
