According to court documents obtained by KPRC 2, Price was handed three new felony counts: one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime and two counts of felon in possession of a firearm.
In reference to the first count, prosecutors say Price possessed a firearm while he allegedly trafficked drugs between 2019 and 2022.
The other two counts relate to guns that Price possessed, a DP-12 shotgun and a 12-guage shotgun with an attached flamethrower. Authorities allege that Price acquired both weapons by hanging them shipped in interstate and foreign commerce.
The charges are the latest in a string of legal filings related to Price and his inner circle. He and four other men, John Price, Armani Williams, Miziah Shepherd and Javon Harris, are currently accused of committing arson against Bar 5015, which was lit on fire with gasoline back in June of 2020.
Price is accused of hiring the other four men to set the fire.
The new documents were the first mention of Harris as a defendant.
