13-year-old girl hospitalized after being stabbed by 12-year-old brother at N. Harris County apartment complex

Authorities are looking for a 12-year-old boy after they say he stabbed his 13-year-old sister Friday evening.

The Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office says it happened at the North Vista Apartments located in the 300 block of North Vista Drive in north Harris County.

The constable’s office originally said the teenager had been stabbed multiple times, however at the scene, they clarified and said she was stabbed once.

She was treated at the scene before being transported to a hospital.

The 12-year-old brother fled and is still missing. Authorities are using drones to search for him.
