A post-war plan for Gaza circulating within President Donald Trump's administration envisions a "voluntary relocation" of the population to build a tourist and manufacturing hub that will be overseen by the US for at least 10 years, the Washington Post reported Sunday. The 38-page plan offers Gaza land owners a "digital token" in exchange for property development rights.
