Turkey proposes Trump&Putin&Zelensky summit, Kremlin declines invitation

During a visit to Kyiv on Friday, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan proposed hosting a face-to-face meeting in Istanbul between US President Donald Trump, Russia's Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The Kremlin dismissed the proposal and Kyiv warned that Moscow was "doing everything" to ensure peace talks were unsuccessful.
