Bolivia's presidential vote heads to run-off between centre-right and right-wing candidates

Centre-right senator Rodrigo Paz and right-wing former president Jorge "Tuto" Quiroga are headed to the second round of Bolivia's presidential elections following a first round of voting Sunday that brought an end to more than two decades of left-wing rule in the country.
